The hart starts to beat faster, the blood rune through the veins, the mind focuses. And then comes the moment of now, I am doing it now. The decisive moment. How do you experience this moment in the body? Is it liberating or horrifying? Or both? Courage gives the power to not be scared to live, to talk, to move, to behave like you think you should so you can become who you want to be.
Katharina Conradi works on the border between movement and theater mostly with professional dancers/movers. Her fascination as maker lies in the fantastic beuty of unfulfillment. Leeuwenhart is her second project with children.
